International PR Manager (B2B professional services with focus on US market)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate International PR Manager to elevate our global presence, with a particular focus on the US market. This role requires a dynamic individual who can create, support, and promote compelling content and success stories, build new partnerships while strengthening existing ones, and align business and marketing strategies from a PR perspective. Your work will play a key role in areas such as awards, events, media relations, and special projects, contributing directly to our brand awareness, reputation, and driving client and partner engagement.

Required background and skills:

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in B2B professional services PR or Communication Management, with a primary focus on US and EU markets, across both digital and offline channels.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) in both written and verbal communication, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, processes, tools, and the latest trends.
  • Proven experience in creating content from scratch for PR purposes, with the ability to craft diverse marketing and promotional materials, ranging from press releases to interviews.
  • Track record of successfully developing earned media collaborations, building strategic connections, and pitching to media outlets effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in establishing and nurturing lasting relationships with public media, directories, partners, and influencers, both in-house and through agencies.
  • Proficiency in personal branding and a solid understanding of corporate brand management principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Trends for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and data analysis skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for professional growth and excellence, coupled with a passion for writing and crafting engaging, impactful content.
  • Highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute PR Strategy: Design, implement, and refine an international PR strategy with a primary focus on the US and Canadian markets, and a secondary emphasis on the EU.
  • Content Creation: Write and oversee the development of PR content, including press releases, articles, interviews, and media materials, with support from the Content and Design team.
  • Media Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, influencers, and opinion leaders to ensure regular placements in relevant US and international media.
  • Awards and Recognition: Identify and pursue opportunities for market recognition, including award submissions and partnerships with industry stakeholders.
  • Event Support: Provide PR support for both online and offline events to ensure maximum exposure and impact.
  • Personal Branding: Support the development of personal brands for key company leaders, aligning them with corporate branding efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Trends to measure PR campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and product teams to align PR initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • General Support: Contribute to other marketing streams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
