We are seeking an exceptional Digital Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we generate more business for our professional services, mainly conversational solutions, but also for web, mobile, e-commerce, and later on blockchain.

With your expertise in digital advertising and lead generation, you will be instrumental in bringing in a steady stream of marketing qualified leads, driving conversions, and catapulting our company to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital advertising strategy to generate marketing qualified leads and drive conversion rates for our IT services and consulting company, with a specific focus on conversational solutions, web, mobile, e-commerce, and later blockchain development.
  • Utilize PPC platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and possible others to design and optimize high-performing campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Run these campaigns, analyze, reflect, experiment, make data driven decisions to achieve the highest possible ROI.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation to identify key opportunities and formulate data-driven advertising strategies.
  • Drive, create, write and collaborate with the design and development team to develop compelling ad copy, visual assets, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience and drive action.
  • Implement advanced targeting techniques, remarketing campaigns, and A/B testing to continuously optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key advertising metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend, using tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platform analytics.
  • Reflect on the finished campaigns to evaluate and review successes and failures, and implement necessary adjustments going forward.
  • Produce data driven and results oriented decisions and report to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital advertising innovations, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage additional expertise and expand advertising reach when necessary.
  • Run necessary e-mailing greeting and advertising campaigns to our current clients database.
  • Where necessary, be able to run advertising emailing campaigns.
  • Be ready to support the marketing department within other marketing streams, where needed.

Required background and skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, specifically PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and other digital advertising channels ideally in IT service company(ies) targeting the US market.
  • Proven track record of driving marketing qualified leads and delivering exceptional results in lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and digital advertising ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, ad management tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (incl. GA4), GTM, Hotjar, Dealfront, etc.) to effectively plan, execute, and measure advertising campaigns.
  • Proficient in conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
  • Strong experience with website analytics tools and the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
  • Proficient in building and interpreting data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of best practices with e-mail marketing.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital advertising trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with conversational solutions, web development, mobile app development, e-commerce, and blockchain technologies is highly desirable.
  • Interest in Generative AI based tools and experience applying them in the work and home duties.
  • English level — minimum Advanced.
  • AdWords certification is a plus.
  • GA4 certification is a plus.
