NVcoding is an international software development company helping startups and enterprises in the US and Europe accelerate digital transformation. We specialize in .NET, Java, React, Golang, Flutter, AI/ML, and FinTech/SaaS solutions.

For one of our European manufacturing SaaS clients, we are building a team of engineers with experience in industrial software, manufacturing systems, shop-floor operations, ERP/MES integrations, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise SaaS platforms.

About the Project

The project focuses on the digital transformation of manufacturing operations. The platform helps industrial companies streamline production workflows, quality management, workforce training, and manufacturing data through integrations with ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, IoT, and AI-powered solutions.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of manufacturing, Industry 4.0, enterprise software, and AI-driven automation.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.
• Work with manufacturing-related data, workflows, quality processes, and operational systems.
• Connect and support ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, IoT, and other business platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams in an international environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial software environments — production workflows, shop-floor operations, quality processes, or operational systems. This is the core of the role.
• Solid full-stack background. Our primary stack is Node.js, TypeScript, React, and MongoDB, but if you have deep manufacturing-domain expertise and a strong background in another stack (.NET, Python, Go, Java, etc.), we’re open to talking.
• Proven track record of integrating SaaS, cloud, and third-party systems via APIs.
• Ability to build and maintain complex business workflows and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and their translation into scalable technical solutions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, PLM, or similar enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of production workflows, industrial automation, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Hands-on work with AI tools, AI integrations, workflow automation, computer vision, or video understanding solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working in product companies or product-focused teams.
