  • Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people
  • Experience in crisis management
  • Experience with BigData and many integrations
  • Experience with microservice architecture
  • Experience in creating solutions "from scratch or changing someone else’s code
  • Experience in writing technical documentation from business requirements
  • Work experience in a financial company (will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of SCRUM methodology (will be an advantage)

  • Fully understand the current product architecture
  • Balance between leading the team which would be responsible for the development of some business module of the system as well as writing code
  • Manage and motivate the team in all cases, both technological and real
  • Initiate one-to-one, grading, performance meetings within the team-members
  • Ensure right execution of the engineering practices/processes built (Incl CI/CD, BDD, Code Review, on-boarding, Estimation/Grooming, tasks qualification / split between team members
  • Take part in the technical recruitment process
  • Participation in Best practices elaboration
