AI Tools & Automation Associate (Junior / Part-time or Full-time)

Location: Remote (main office in Copenhagen, but we have a Ukrainian team)

💬 Strong spoken English is required — you’ll be actively communicating with the international team during standups, technical discussions, and syncs.

🇺🇦 Ukrainian is a plus for informal internal comms with the local team, but English will be your primary working language.

We’re looking for an AI Tools & Automation Associate to help us explore, test, and build with the latest AI technologies.

In this role, you’ll experiment with AI agents, automate manual tasks, connect tools and systems, and turn raw data into useful insights. You’ll work closely with the team to bring smart, efficient solutions to life — using no-code platforms, APIs, and lightweight scripts.

This is a great fit for someone who’s curious about how things work, loves trying new tools, and wants to turn ideas into working systems — even if they’re still early in their journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔧 Work with AI tools

Set up AI agents, test out ideas, and keep improving them until they run smoothly.

🔌 Connect systems together

Use APIs, no-code tools, or anything else that helps different tools work as one.

🤖 Automate repetitive tasks

Take manual steps and turn them into simple, self-running workflows.

🔍 Find and use data

Pull data from websites or internal sources and turn it into useful insights.

🧪 Try new AI tools

Play with the latest AI technologies, test what works, and help roll out the good stuff.

🗣️ Share what you learn

Write clear notes, create short presentations, and keep the team in the loop.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Tried image/video tools like Midjourney, Runway, or HeyGen
• Written small scripts (Python, JSON, Docker, etc.)
