-At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
-Preferably work in Game Development
-Experience in managing a team of 7+ people
-Experience managing, coaching and mentoring other sales reps
-Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
-Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation
-Exceptional communication skills are necessary
-Advanced English


-Location near metro station (Vasylkivska) or remote (till the end of the quarantine)

-Initialize and implement annual sales goals and monthly sales plans
-Implementing sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
-Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand clients base
-Examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets
-Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
-Counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring and appraising job results to meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals
