• Guide cross-functional teams and make sure projects are delivered on time and with great quality.
• Be the main contact for our clients: listen, understand their needs, and help turn them into project goals.
• Keep an eye on the scope, deadlines, and budgets.
• Spot risks early and take steps to handle them smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with everyone involved and share regular updates on progress.

What we expect:

• Hands-on experience in managing software development projects.
• Good knowledge of software development life cycles, agile practices, and project management principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken).
