Requirements:

!!!!! Average level of English language proficiency !!!!! Full-time in our office in Kyiv Responsibilities: As an office manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

Assisting the Director: Administrative support to the Director, including schedule management, meeting arrangements and correspondence processing.

Assist with personal staff matters for the Director, such as travel coordination and expense management.

Office management:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the office, including the provision of office supplies, equipment and facilities.
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mails and telephone calls.

Orders and purchases:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordination of purchasing activities and cooperation with suppliers of office goods and services.

Marketing and Sales Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including coordinating events, preparing promotional materials, and managing social media.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports and maintaining the customer database.

Project management:

  • Coordination and management of various projects in the office, from planning to execution.
  • Interact with teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting status to director and stakeholders.
