Maincast team is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Who will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
— Manage multiple project simultaneously (ongoing support & development)
— Project planning, backlog management, develop roadmaps and release schedules
— Proactively manage risks and issues
— Determine and define project objectives and control reaching those goals
— Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
— Research and scope requirements for new features
— Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
— Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
— Quick responses and strong troubleshooting skills
— Set project timeline
— Monitor project deliverables
— Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
— Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
— 2+ years of experience in the PM role working directly with the development team
— Practical experience working on projects with Agile/Scrum methodology
— English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level and above)
— Experience in managing several projects simultaneously
— Understanding of software development life cycle
— Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
— Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
— Ability to work in a changing environment
— Strong business acumen in project planning and management
— Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
