Who we need
We are looking for a talented R&D Team Leader (Mac C++) with 4+ years of programming experience to build a lot from scratch. This is a full-time, permanent position in Lviv, Kyiv or remote.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering valuable and high-quality outcomes for our customers promptly
- Fostering the professional growth of team members
- Continuously maintaining and updating the code through active involvement
- Collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and other teams
- Demonstrating hands-on leadership to establish technical authority within your team
- Overseeing the overall development, code quality, and productivity of the team
Must have
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 3 developers
- Proven experience in multi-threaded applications
- Proven participation in the development of commercial off-the-shelf large-scale software products
- Understanding of development, CI/CD, and deployment tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with C++, Python, SWIFT, and JavaScript
- Fluent English
Will be a plus
- Experience with Chromium or Chromium-based projects
- Experience working with macOS and Windows
- Familiarity with other programming/scripting languages
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with security standards and understanding of security best practices
- Extensive experience with source code branching, merging, and release methodologies
