Trainee Salesforce administrator (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Trainee Salesforce administrator to join our MagicFuse team. We consider candidates without commercial experience in Salesforce.

Location: Kyiv or Lviv

Requirements

Must have

• Previous experience working with CRM systems, as an IT support specialist, working in a call center with foreign clients
• At least an Intermediate strong level of English (both written and spoken)

Will be a plus

Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA)

Responsibilities:

• Managing Salesforce.org
• Making non-code modifications to existing SF implementation to meet new requirements
• Using various configuration and customization capabilities of SF
• Updating documentation to reflect the new functionality.

Work Schedule

Flexible working hours (office or remote in Kyiv or Lviv)

2. Technical interview (60 min)
