We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, generating insightful reports, and implementing automation strategies to streamline business operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, strategy consulting, or a related field;
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.;
• Advanced Excel / Google sheets
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
• Proven expertise in research, financial analysis, and developing financial models;
• Experience in automating reporting processes from scratch will be an advantage;
• The ability to work with a large amount of information and tabular forms;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis and interpretation of financial data;
• Development and support of the reporting system in Power BI/ Tableau, etc.;
• Automation of financial reporting processes;
• Creating interactive and high-quality data visualizations;
• ​​Collaborate with managers to define, implement and track KPIs and metrics that align with financial objectives;
• Track and analyze financial KPIs, including expertise with P&L;
• Participation in the budgeting process, including variance analysis and forecasting;
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
