We are an e-commerce software development agency with over 12 years of experience in the market. About the Role:

We are looking for an account executive to join our business development team. This role involves initiating conversations with potential customers, understanding their business pain points, working with our solution experts to develop a solution, presenting the solution, closing deals, and overseeing the ongoing relationships. We have a well-established, high-performing lead generation process in place, so you will have a constant flow of leads open to conversations. In other words, our account executives are not required to engage in cold outreach efforts.

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Have a good command of English, enabling you to discuss any topic, whether it’s business, sports, hobbies with native speakers;
  • Have a passion for selling. You have your favorite authors and influencers in the sales community whom you often read and listen to;
  • Like writing emails, jumping on calls, and meeting people in person;
  • Have experience closing B2B deals with a face value of five or six digits;
  • Always conduct research on the company and people before engaging with them;
  • Have experience working closely with solution experts, project managers, and developers to find and present solutions for customers’ problems as a team;
  • Understand the value of building long-lasting relationships with customers;
  • Can pitch literally anything. You are willing to delve into the company’s value proposition, past projects, understand the company’s expertise, and learn about typical e-commerce technical and business needs to pitch the company to potential customers;
  • Enjoy keeping everything in order in the CRM, including notes, documents, progress, as well as consistently scheduling next steps.
