3+ years of experience in sales and business development for IT/Software outsourcing companies is a must;
Proven personal track record of closing 10+ deals;
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written;
Business analysis practice, familiarity with estimates process, ability to compose the proposal in a bright and persuasive way;
English — Upper intermediate and higher.
Nice to have:
Experience in lead generation;
BA and PM experience;
Experience with e-commerce domain in B2B and B2C aspects.
Work with warm leads: learn the business problem and/or requirements, develop the proposal, negotiate and close the deal;
Supervise deals launched, find up-sale and cross-sale opportunities, and develop the account;
Find new clients: expand the network of connections, find opportunities, and close deals.
