Advanced level of English is a must
2+ year of experience in any field of marketing
Proven ability to initiate, establish and nurture partner relationships
Strong analytic and quantitative skills — ability to use data to analyze and measure affiliate marketing campaigns.
A deep understanding of content creation & blogging
Excellent communication skills
Interest in photography would be a plus, but not obligatory

Ultimately, the main metric you’ll be responsible for is growing the total revenue generated by our affiliate program. Your role will be to make it as easy (and financially beneficial as possible) for our affiliates to promote Macphun. We’re not just looking for an “affiliate manager”, we want someone with a marketing brain who understands marketing funnels and what motivates affiliates.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with current affiliates
Managing our affiliate platform, Impact Radius, from end to end
Working with the marketing team to develop regular promotions for affiliates
Coordinating with our designers and front-end developers to create landing pages/assets for affiliate promotions
Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing conversion points (including landing pages) across the affiliate sales funnel against a monthly and quarterly goals
Working with the marketing team to develop content for the affiliates to drive increases in Macphun’s presence and sales.
Analyzing campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward.
