— Previous experience in a similar role
— Bachelor’s degree in Law
— English — intermediate and higher
— Experience in communication with state entities
— Be confident with MS Office application suite
— Be communicative and precise even in routine or repetitive tasks

— Draft and proofread contracts and corporate documentation
— Provide legal consultations on request (mostly civil and labor law)
— Handle communications with state agencies (registrars, fiscal authorities) and notaries

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Lawyer to expand our legal team. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, consulting the employees on legal issues, as well as communicating with state entities.
