In other words — you’ll manage the full cycle of recruiting process. We hope you know what it means :), but just in case:
— Analyze the requirements together with the TL and HR
— Publish and advertise vacancies
— Search, screen and attract candidates
— Write feedbacks and summaries
— Conduct HR interviews
— Communicate with candidates (both active and passive, we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
— Work on a day-to-day basis with our Team Leads and interviewers
— Maintain our candidate database
— Monitor job market
— Provide analytics and statistics on requests
— 2+ years experience in IT recruitment
— Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
— Practical experience with candidate assessment using various interviewing strategies
— Market knowledge
— An existing network (your own) of specialists
— Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)
— Literate Ukrainian and Russian
— Upper intermediate English
— Technical background
— Ability to search and contact candidates not only on Linkedin (GitHub, Twitter and so on)
— Experience of working with Marketing vacancies (such as PMM, SEO, Copywriters)
