We use Google Ads, Bing and other platforms (for example, we are adopting DoubleClick Search, so it would be great if you had experience with this search management platform). You’ll work in a team, sharing responsibility for Google Ads, Facebook ads, Bing ads, Yahoo Gemini, Amazon ads, Reddit ads and other ad platforms.
We are not fans of micromanagement, so our marketing team are independent thinkers, free to choose their approach to each task. They use creative thinking, experimentation and knowledge sharing to reach their goals and enhance performance.
— Developing and launching new ad campaigns
— Managing several campaigns simultaneously — for different traffic sources
— Scaling campaigns to increase market coverage
— Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the performance of ad campaigns, introducing new ideas
— Automating the working process independently, as well as in cooperation with the internal analytics team
— Ordering and validating the ad materials with production team (copywriter and designer)
— Coordinating the creation of materials for third parties (i.e. ad agencies)
— 3+ years of PPC experience (international markets)
— Experience with Google Ads (all possible options, settings and targeting), Bing, Yahoo Gemini
— Advanced user of Google Analytics
— Advanced English with knowledge of slang and localization specifics
— Be proactive, infinitely curious, and striving to test everything
— Be attentive to details, self-organized, caring about the end product
— Experience with DoubleClick or DoubleClick for Search
— Experience with retargeting networks such as Criteo, Adroll etc.
— Experience with ad automation systems (Marin, Kenshoo etc.)
— Experience with Google Ads Scripts
— Knowing a foreign language (besides English)
