We’re looking for an SMM Specialist to join our SMM & Communication Service team. Our mission is to keep MacPaw and its products loved and recognized by Apple users by growing our audience, boosting brand awareness, and driving traffic across social media channels. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver creative and effective solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and create content together with a designer and copywriter
• Help develop campaigns and turn them into engaging posts
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth) and prepare reports
• Engage with the audience via Stories, comments, and messages
• Run basic targeted ads on Meta, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Brainstorm content ideas for MacPaw’s social media platforms, including product-related posts
• Produce Reels and other short videos, as well as adapt US-oriented trends to our content strategy

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience with Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Strong skills in content planning, creation, and distribution
• Ability to align your work with the overall brand and social media strategies
• Good understanding of social media analytics and how to influence results
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and owning your tasks
• Awareness of online trends and culture, especially English-language and US-focused
• Experience collaborating with designers and copywriters to deliver results
• Basic knowledge of social media targeted advertising (brand awareness, traffic, engagement)
• Passion for memes, trends, and internet culture
• Fluent English and Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Basic video shooting and editing skills (iPhone is enough)
• Some experience with TikTok promotional strategies
• Experience in tech companies or agencies
• Copywriting skills
• Familiarity with Reddit and Discord
• Ability to visit our Kyiv office
