We are looking for a dedicated full time Odoo developer to support our Team in system development.In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop, customize, and integrate Odoo modules to meet our business requirements.This role collaborates with other client-facing roles, is part of a growing team, and heavily impacts Odoo’s success. We’re looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic, and has great innovative skills.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze (how to do?) and validate (can be done?) technical solutions for business problems/ideas/needs. Suggest alternatives with reasoning about their pros and cons.
• Contribute to the Service with ideas, features and improvements.
• Suggest architectural solutions to cover all acceptance criteria and other team agreements (e.g., tech documentation, tests, NFRs, etc.)
• React to issues and failures by investigating and fixing them according to Service tasks priorities.
• Suggest technical solutions for increasing Service stability and performance if needed.
• Communicate with the team to clarify implementation details, and edge cases, specify input or missing data and possible use cases/flows to successfully implement a solution, and make constructive collaborations if needed.
• You will be involved in the automation of international and domestic accounting, payroll, automation of treasury and legal processes.
• Conducting integration with external systems.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Odoo platform knowledge.
• Python.
• SQL.
• Experience with GitHub.
• Have Code Review experience.

As a Plus:

• Knowing of accounting principles.
• 2+ years of Odoo customization.
• Experience with Odoo.sh.
• Integration with external APIs.
• HTML/CSS/JS.
• Experience in writing tests.
