MacPaw Space is searching for a dynamic individual who will handle various administrative and executive support-related jobs and can work independently with little to no supervision.

While working in an innovative place in Kyiv, our ideal candidate will be able to share ideas and initiatives and support community creation by involving in administrative challenges and working with a diverse team of fellow macpawians and vendors, including non-profitable organizations and commercial clients.

In this role, you will:

• Communicate with potential and current vendors
• Coordinate contract signing processes
• Cooperate with the team of accountants regarding invoicing and payments
• Working with budgeting and providing current pricing information
• Working on the improvement of provided services and events quality
• Cooperate with different teams within the company according to needs
• Maintain internal databases and reports (such as service providers and vendors, budgeting, etc.)

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 1+ year of previous administrative, office management or hospitality experience
• Top-notch teamwork
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client orientation
• A creative mind with the ability to identify and suggest improvements
• Upper-intermediate English (written is a priority)

• Hybrid work model
  It’s entirely up to you whether to work remotely or at the hub. If you decide to mix it, our Kyiv headquarters (HQ), which works as a coworking space, is open around the clock. The HQ is supplied with UPS and Starlink for an uninterrupted work process.
  We also rent space in the Promprylad Coworking in Ivano-Frankivsk and reimburse the costs of renting a coworking space in any other city.
  If you decide to work at home, we cover the costs spent on your workspace organization: portable power stations, power banks, etc.
