We’re looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join one of our biggest products — Setapp.

As a Product Analyst, you will play an integral role in finding product growth and improvement opportunities. The position requires various skills, including critical thinking, innovative product ideation, and cross-functional collaboration. Success in the role is tied directly to product goals, and the team rewards results-based performance.

About product:

Setapp is MacPaw’s subscription-based app service for macOS and iOS. It provides unlimited access to 240+ quality Mac applications that cover such categories as productivity, lifestyle, web development, Mac maintenance, creativity, writing, education, and personal finance. It’s like “Netflix for apps”. For a subscription fee, it allows you to use all these quality apps you’ve always wanted to try out — without the need to buy and install each app individually.

Our mission is to give Apple users easy access to stellar apps, so they can focus on doing the job rather than looking for the tools.

In this role, you will:

• Explore and analyze behavioral data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve user experience and product performance
• Use quantitative methods to find bottlenecks and opportunities, cooperate with the team on storming and validation of hypotheses
• Collaborate with the team on product and health metrics monitoring, finding problems and investigating rootcause
• Manage the communication, documentation, and presentation of product insights, analysis, trends, corrections
• Ensure and expand data literacy in the team

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Hands-on experience in product analytics (at least 2 years)
• Strong experience with SQL
• Proficient in Tableau or another BI system
• Previous experience in experiments planning and analysis
• Solid understanding of main SaaS metrics
• Strong communication and data research skills

As a Plus:

• Knowledge of Python/R
• Skills in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Involvement in the development of SaaS products
• Previous experience in Product Analyst job in desktop or/and mobile apps

Hybrid work model
It’s entirely up to you whether to work remotely or at the hub. If you decide to mix it, our Kyiv headquarters (HQ), which works as a coworking space, is open around the clock. The HQ is supplied with UPS and Starlink for an uninterrupted work process.
We also rent space in the Promprylad Coworking in Ivano-Frankivsk and reimburse the costs of renting a coworking space in any other city.
If you decide to work at home, we cover the costs spent on your workspace organization: portable power stations, power banks, etc.
