ClearVPN is one of our newest products, launched in 2020, which helps its users access any content, secures their online interactions, provides them with ready-made shortcuts, and automatically chooses the best idle server.

ClearVPN has applications on 4 platforms iOS/Mac/Android/Windows, and Web Customer Cabinet. So your goal will be to focus on design consistency across all product directions keeping in mind the specifics of each platform and providing our users with the best experience.

We are now at the beginning of a new cycle for ClearVPN and going through a period of redesign, as well as the formation of a new strategy for conquering the world with a focus on UX.

With this role, you’ll also receive the following:

• lead and encourage switching from a development-driven approach to a user experience-driven strategy

You will join an existing cross-functional team. We each have our area of expertise, but our contribution to the product’s growth reaches far beyond our typical specialties.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver end-to-end UI/UX solutions for upcoming feature projects
• Set on track continuous UX/CX improvement process via research and concept testing
• Support and improve the design system
• Generate ideas along with teammates, Engineering Manager, and PM to help the product become even better
• Be responsible for product consistency across all product directions, keeping in mind the specifics of each platform
• Implement design solutions through collaboration with programmers and other team members
• Together with PM and product analysts, be responsible for the constant development of design solutions based on the data received after the launching of new product solutions
• Participate in the product and/or company’s design community initiatives through developing better communication, mutual choice of tools, experience, knowledge and feedback exchange, launch and coordination of additional projects in the area

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, etc.)
