We are currently seeking a highly motivated Operation manager to our CSR Team.

You will have the opportunity to work with different foundations and help our army and country in this difficult time.

As such, you must be skilled at anticipating problems, dealing with ambiguity, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, setting expectations, problem solving, and organizing logistics.

In this role, you will:

• Propose relevant CSR events/initiatives and approve with CSR Lead.
• Propose relevant vendors and approve cooperation conditions with CSR Lead.
• Recommend CSR processes improvements.
• Support budgeting for CSR needs, providing information upon actual prices.
• Maintain internal databases (such as service providers and vendors, etc.)
• Participate in inventory process of CSR goods.
• Order services from internal/external partners (site developers, content creators, etc.) according to CSR needs.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience with suppliers, orders, reporting and accounting&.
• English level — Pre-Intermediate.

As a Plus:

• Experience in the position of office manager.
