Our Business Development Team is looking for a Vendor Support Representative who will take over the communication and interaction with the Setapp product’s vendors — review the collaboration offers, test apps, and share feedback with the team.

The Business Development Team at MacPaw focuses on building and developing strong relations with app vendors and app developers aimed to enlarge the portfolio of apps available on Setapp.

Setapp is a subscription based service that gives users unlimited access to the library of 200+ applications right on their Mac. For a subscription fee, it gives you the opportunity to use all these quality apps you’ve always wanted to try out — without the need to buy and install each app individually.

This position lies at the intersection of technical support and communications. It would be a great match for a tech-savvy person with excellent communication skills, who likes to be a customer advocate.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Vendors’ onboarding by reviewing the integration with Setapp and maintaining communication
  • Review applications’ updates submitted to Setapp according to the check-list to ensure successful release and app’s functionality
  • Test prospective and relevant apps that may fit Setapp and recommend to Business Developer
  • Handle Setapp Vendors’ payouts on the monthly basis by downloading data and transferring it to the Finance team
  • Collect feedback from the Vendors and share it with the team

Requirements

  • 1+ year of work experience in a support representative position
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent knowledge of information technology
  • Fluent English (technical and business)
  • High level of empathy for customers and a passion for customer success

As a Plus

  • Mac user with knowledge of the Apple ecosystem
  • The highest attention to details
  • Experience in providing support of complex tech products/solutions
