Our Sales Team has pretty ambitious growth plans for the nearest future and is now extending our B2B sales direction to enhance our approaches and help us bring more happy customers to our products.

That’s why we are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join us on this journey and help us scale in 2022.

About you:

  • Experienced in Pipedrive or similar CRMs
  • Active LinkedIn user (familiar with Sales Navigator)
  • Experienced in research approaches, techniques, and the most common tools like PhantomBuster, snov.io, Hunter, NeverBounce, or similar
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform advanced and enhanced research
  • Result-oriented with the understanding of KPI/OKRs and how they fit
  • Deadline- and quota-driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced in initiating and successfully maintaining a conversation
  • Have Upper-intermediate+ English level

What you’ll do:

  • Process supplied ICP and make sure the data from conducted lead research matches main criteria
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Work with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Set up email campaigns in the Lemlist outreach platform and manage deliverability
  • Prospect with leads and execute initial communication touchpoints
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Pipedrive, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities
  • Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards
