Collaborate with product management and engineering on design requirements
Conceptualize and design beautiful, modern user interfaces for web-oriented systems
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Iterate on designs by incorporating feedback, launching quickly, and testing hypotheses
Create conceptual wireframes, as well as fleshing out design for existing wireframes
Follow visual brand guidelines, art direction, and collaborate with other designers as necessary
Promote design thinking and advocate design principles and best practices
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
