Security Team Lead (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a strong security leader with a deep understanding across a range of security disciplines. This role requires excellent communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. You will need to be adept at communicating at all levels of the MacPaw, presenting arguments based on data, and representing the security team to our partners. You will be responsible for setting best practices and standards around all things related to security within MacPaw.

Together with 2 Security Engineers you will partner closely with all of the MacPaw products and teams to solve ongoing business and security problems.

In general, your responsibilities will include

— Plan and carry out an MacPaw’s information security strategy
— Develop and implement a set of security standards and best practices for the organisation
— Recommend security enhancements to management as needed
— Build deep relationships with product and engineering teams
— Work with other various business teams on a variety of security-related processes, risks and opportunities
— Develop and maintain deep industry expertise across MacPaw
— Educate the employees on information security through training and building awareness
— Build and lead security team

Requirements

— 5+ years of experience in security related areas
— Leadership experience
— Solid communication and collaboration skills
— Experience designing and executing strategy pertaining to best practices and standards
— Experience implementing security processes, protocols and policies in a technically diverse environment
— A proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders
— A proven ability to communicate security risks and plans and address them to management
— Upper-intermediate level of English

— Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR/СCPA/SOC2
