⚫️ Requirements:
🐾 1+ years of experience as a Sales Manager (in B2B service company);
🐾 Advanced English;
🐾 Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork and other client acquisition resources;
🐾 Experience with CRM (f.e. HubSpot);
🐾 Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
🐾 General understanding of SDLC and technologies for design and web or experience working in a web studio;
🐾 Excellent organizational and time management skills;
🐾 Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
🐾 Ability to build relationships with customers and partners;
🐾 Strong leadership and team management skills.
⚫️ Responsibilities:
🐾 Develop and execute sales strategies and KPI targets.
🐾 Actively search for new clients(B2B) like UpWork, LinkedIn and other relevant resources.
🐾 Lead and Collaborate with Lead Generation Specialist
🐾 Facilitation and planning sales Sprint and maintaining documentation
🐾 Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with clients;
🐾 Prepare commercial proposals, documentation and client contracts with Tech Team
🐾 Maintain customer relationships (feedback gathering) and drive future sales
🐾 Collaborate with Design and Dev Team
🐾 Manage CRM system and sales data
🐾 Present sales reports to management
🐾 Participate in exhibitions and events
