Team:

At Lyft, if there’s anything related to money, it comes to the Payments team. We are building industry’s leading pay platform, which powers Lyft’s growing set of transportation modes including rideshare, bikes & scooters. We’re looking for a product manager to lead Driver Payments at Lyft. This PM will drive the product vision and strategy to improve driver payments at Lyft for all modes of transportation. Driver payments include Lyft Direct, Express Pay, ACH payments and driver taxes. Lyft Direct is a full service debit card which enables drivers to get paid out instantly after each ride and get rewards.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer experience on existing driver payments methods at Lyft including Lyft Direct, Express Pay, & ACH.
  • Develop new use cases, expand capabilities for Lyft Direct and continue to grow adoption for Lyft Direct.
  • Work with Integrity, identity and payment operations to create internal tooling that helps increase operational efficiency.
  • Set team’s goals, success metrics and roadmap and collaborating effectively across functions. Lead and align cross-functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, business partners and operations.
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a broad set of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, collaborating closely with engineers and designers, preferably in payments or Fintech.
  • Ability to write, edit, and communicate well in English.
  • Passion for Lyft and what we are trying to achieve in sustainable urban transportation.
  • Ability to make things happen. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level — within teams, within the company, to users, to press, and other audiences.
  • Experience leading post-launch optimizations, including developing testing strategies.
  • Ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills — balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
  • Proficiency in leveraging user data analysis to inform key insights and guide product strategy, with a proven track record of driving successful product decisions.
