Responsibilities
- Hardware inventory support
- Administer servers, desktop computers, laptops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployments, security updates and patches.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by employees including, but not limited to OS reinstallation, software troubleshooting, etc
- Back-up and recovery for critical data
- Maintain network and system security
- Monitor devices on the network to ensure security and availability
