We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a researcher, your role is to generate leads for the Lvivity’s salespeople, to help maximize our company’s success. You analyze lists of companies to determine which ones are relevant to have prospected and then find the appropriate decision-makers within those companies and their contact info.

Areas of responsibility:

— Create and execute a strategic lead generation plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.

— Qualifying leads, uncovering clients’ business needs, understanding projects’ success criteria.

— Meet with potential leads and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.

Skills and requirements:

— Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork and other channels (search, qualify, chat, follow up, book calls).

— Linkedin proficiency (you know the platform, know its functionality, limitations, algorithms).

— Proven track record of success in the lead generation cycle from plan to close.

— Understanding of CRM systems for leadgen and best practices.

— Results-oriented with strong analytical skills, attentive to details.

— Strong written communication skills.

— B2 English level.

Will be a plus:

— Experience in working for IT outsource companies and Digital agencies.

— Basic knowledge of Sales in the IT industry (Filtering the clients based on agency preferences/ Writing Cover Letters/First Contact etc.).
