Site Reliability Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an Site Reliability Engineer that will work on our infrastructure.

We are working with various platforms for dedicated server, virtual server, container and website hosting provisioning and need skilled a SRE Engineer to take care of these platforms with our teams in US/EU out of our engineering unit in Lviv or remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to our company by being a key part of our team
• Resolving monitoring alerts and urgent issues to ensure we stay within SLAs
• Take ownership of migrations from Puppet 3 to Puppet 7 to ensure continual and uninterrupted performance
• Providing support to and resolving escalations from our departments

Skills, Qualifications and Personal Qualities Required:

• Good Puppet knowledge
• Linux administration
• Experience with bash and command line utilities like awk, vim and sed
• Experience with MySQL Server/PostgreSQL and Database Management from the command line
• Experience with KVM and virtualisation (containerisation) environments
• Experience with Git
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience using Prometheus/Nagious/Grafana
• Advanced knowledge of Apache/Nginx
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and diagnostic on OS/Applayers
• Experience with iptables firewall management
• Good English
• Ability to work quickly and effectively
• Team player — able to operate in a congenial and open manner
