О проекте

It is a project to support LuxStaff, Concur, Salesforce and other systems which help automate personnel administration and business travel processes.

There are about 13000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, etc.
All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.
