Duties and responsibilities:
On boarding:
— Meet new employees (regular staff).
— Acquaint a new employee with a curator, project team, office.
— Conduct induction training for newcomers.

Probation periods closure:
— Conduct meetings on probation period closure (regular staff).
— Control PP closure in HR system.
Employee’s mood monitoring:
— 1.5 month mood monitoring.
— Prepare a list of newcomers for mood monitoring.

Risk assessment:
— Identify and escalate risks.
