Practical experience and knowledge in project management; project management certification is a plus.
High level technical knowledge in software development processes.

Definition and improvement of the requirements for the project portfolio reporting framework, processes and standards.
Monitoring of the project reporting processes execution, analysis of metrics and indicators of projects/ delivery centers, statistical analysis of project portfolio.
Quality management.
Improvement of the standard tools and application for the project portfolio reporting and analysis.
Collaboration with Project Management Offices across the Company.
Planning and conduction of project reviews, GAP/ weaknesses/ risks definition, development and tracking of remediation plan to address identified non-conformities.
Gathering, processing and analysis project related information.
Risk monitoring.
Regular analysis of projects and customers reports.
Consolidation, implementation and presentation of project review results.
Implementation and maintenance of project review related documentation and knowledge database sharing and update.

Working in Delivery Processes Center of the Company define and improve project management processes for PMO, perform regular monitoring and control over the processes execution to ensure Delivery quality standards.
