The person covering this position will:
— provide full assistance with the corporate agreement system;
— investigate the facts of a case, conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;
— organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems;
— prepare the orders, instructions, regulations, other documents;
— carry on correspondence in English with foreign persons.
