  • Project Description:Service team will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and communication of:
    o Work items
    o Technical scope of work o Timeline
    o Priorities


    Environment documentation and knowledge base • Response to normal requests within 12 hours
    o Scope, story points, priority, and timeline will be established with requestor within 24 hours
    o Must be agreed upon with requestor
    • Response to “Outage” and “Non-Productive Time” requests ASAP (i.e.,
    immediately)
    o Scope, story points, priority, and timeline established with requestor within 6
    hours
    o Requests may only be deemed Outage and Non-Productive Time by Software
    Development Managers and Global Software Development Manager at the
    time of request creation
    o Software Development Managers and Global Software Development
    Manager will be notified as soon as possible upon receipt of Outage and
    Non-Productive Time requests
    • Work process will be documented and tracked within Halliburton’s ADO and other
    resources:
    o Work items
    o Technical scope of work
    o Timeline
    o Priorities
    o Requests for approval
    o Approvals
    o Environment documentation and knowledge base
    • Timeline and priorities may be adjusted
    o Requestor may adjust prioritization for their own requests
    o Halliburton Software Development Managers may adjust prioritization for
    their organization’s work items
    o The Halliburton Global Software Development Manager may adjust
    prioritization for all work items
    o Service provider may adjust the timeline in response to the impact of Outage
    and Non-Productive Time requests
    ▪ Software Development Managers and Global Software Development
    Manager will be notified of associated timeline adjustments • Maximum request ETR of 7 days from time of requestor agreement
    o May be adjusted with agreement between service provider and requestor on case-by-case basis
    • Service team membership and schedule will be chosen in a manner to reduce the impact of national holidays in the service team members’ nations of work
    o On-call emergency availability should not be impacted by national holidays
    • Service team will review design approaches before implementation for approval by HAL team members, and then regularly report progress, implementation details, and service quality
  • Responsibilities:Manage build servers
    • Make Terraform scripts for resource deployments
    • Manage deployed resources
    • Deploy resources to Azure Cloud
    • Manage pipelines
    • Manage organizational memberships (e.g., Active Directory groups)
    • Manage resource access
    • Cost analysis
    • Performance analysis
    • Certificate monitoring
    • Application registration and authentication
    • Apply system security patches
    o OS level
    o Third-party applications
    • Troubleshooting and support for development and end-user support
    • Identify cause of issues
    • Resolve root cause of infrastructure issues
    • Provide service team representation at development project meetings as needed
    o Scrums
    o Focused-topic meetings
    • Document the processes of all tasks performed in a searchable format and
    repository (e.g., wiki, SharePoint, ServiceNow)
