- Project Description:During the 2008 financial crisis, many big banks failed or faced issues due to liquidity issues. Lack of liquidity can kill any financial institution over the night. That’s why it’s so critical to constantly monitor liquidity risks and properly maintain collaterals.
We are looking for a talented UX engineer, who would like to join our team in Kyiv and Warsaw, which is building liquidity risk and collateral management platform for one of the biggest investment banks over the globe. The platform is a set of front-end tools and back-end engines.
Our platform helps the bank to increase efficiency and scalability, reduce operational risk and eliminate the majority of manual interventions in processing margin calls. - Responsibilities:- Review existing UI applications (built on Angular)
— Discuss with users application usage scenarios and build user interaction flow
— Build UI improvement proposal and create basic mockups for new UI - Mandatory Skills Description:- Mixed methods researchers with research skills spanning the entire UX process (discovery through to deliver)
— Mid to senior level (3 years plus) professional research experience
— Used to working in highly complex environments, Financial Services experience would be ideal
— Comfortable with dealing with senior stakeholders and project sponsors
— Experience leading design thinking workshops and techniques
— Used to advocating for the user and championing UX in low UX maturity environments - Nice-to-Have Skills:- Investment Banking
— Angular - Languages:
- English: B2 Upper Intermediate
