We continuously evolve our solutions to atomic microservices and self-contained systems.

The product we build for our client is a web application used directly by traders on the Forex platform. It’s a high-load system using Akka with a huge amount of analytics served Big Data. UI is built on React flavored with the latest JS features in conjunction with Redux.

Our organization: we are working as Scrum team of 6. Daily you will communicate with our client’s stakeholders on Stand Up, status and other meetings, following best practices of Agile processes. As communication tools we are using: video conferences and messaging (Zoom, Teams), Outlook, JIRA, Confluence and other tools.

Responsibilities:

— Direct communication with client representatives — Product Owner / End Users
— Write user stories and define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders
— Documenting data flows/models and creating source/target data mappings
— Eliciting, elaborating, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements based on business requirements
— Data discrepancy investigation
— Support product testing and analyze the reported issues and identify bugs, issues, and change requests
— Facilitating and coordinating Grooming/Demo
— Product backlog handling
— Prototyping UI forms
— Preparing presentations for the teams on product aspects

Mandatory Skills Description:

— At least 5+ years of proven experience in a BA/FA position
— Understanding SDLC and Agile software development methodology in particular
— Analytical mindset
— Understanding and practical experience with different ways of formulating requirements
— Excellent communication skills
— Excellent spoken and written English: C1 Advanced
— Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
— Good Excel/Word/JIRA/Confluence knowledge
— Experience in analysis and documenting of data flows, integration of different systems
— creating UI mockups for the features in any tools — Balsamiq, Figma etc.
— Basic SQL skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

— Financial domain knowledge (experience with investment or banking institutions) will be a BIG advantage
