We are currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our local recruitment team based in Dnipro. You will be given the opportunity to build a career within an international, dynamic and award winning organization.
•To file applications on the staff recruiting from the top management of the Company HR Management Service;
•To satisfy applications on the staff recruiting within the established terms;
•To perform study of candidacy data available in the data base, and having entered into the HR Service via any informational channels in order to define their conformance with the requirements specified in the application;
•To carry out selection and invitation of the candidates for interviewing;
•To perform primary interviewing of the candidates to work in the Company;
•To arrange holding of professional interviewing of the candidates by the heads and employees responsible for the interviewing;
•To obtain summaries and conclusions based on results of the professional interview containing a variant of HR solution on a candidate from the heads and employees responsible for interviewing;
•To enter information on candidacies into the Data Base timely;
•To participate in the scope of measures to adapt the newly hired employee;
•To take part in forming and maintaining positive image of the Company at the labour market;
•To draw up and submit the established reporting documents timely.
•To carry out the committed works qualitatively and advance himself/herself in terms of methodology constantly.
— Good knowledge of local IT market and different recruitment tools/approaches
— Experience in the full recruitment life cycle
— Good knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
— Very good communication skills and interaction with people
— Skills of planning and organizing activities
— Good analytical skills
— Experience in generating and maintaining different kind of reports
— Ability to work under pressure
