As a Team lead, you’ll manage the team of 2 developers (the team will likely be extended in 2021) and provide effective guidance. You’ll be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis, holding regular face-to-face meetings with your teammates and managers (Luxoft and client side). You’ll take part in development of various backend applications and microservices, including implementation of user stories and technical tasks, writing unit and integration tests, doing code reviews, fixing maintenance bugs. Being a part of Agile process, you’ll communicate with our client-side stakeholders daily.
