— 3+ years practical experience in IT;

— Provide a structured governing project management body;
— Identifies and develops project management methodology, best practices and standards;
— Coaches, mentors, trains and provides oversight for project managers and staff;
— Organizing campaigns for empowering employees to achieve better results of their work;
— Risk Management Planning, forecasting projects progress and analyze financial project statuses;
— Substitute PMs if needed, get involved into critical projects management;
— Building and optimizing the processes in the department to achieve main department KPIs, constantly improve them;
— Initiating of recruiting and salary review requests to HR department;
— Synergizing with all departments of the company;
— Assist with development, review, update and implementation of a project management process.
— Support Project Managers and Project Teams with projects planning and execution, managing stakeholders and cross functional dependencies, allocating resources, and looking for synergy across multiple projects.
-Monitor and report on overall project portfolio performance.
