I had a great experience working at Lumitech, and I’d like to highlight the following positive points:

The company is committed to clear and transparent communication within the team and with clients. We didn’t have a lot of unnecessary meetings every day. Communication, both within the team and with clients, was business-focused and efficient, ensuring that everyone stayed on the same page.

The flexible schedule was a significant advantage. The company prioritizes performance over fixed hours, making it unnecessary to adhere to a strict 8-hour workday.

The company provided a clear roadmap for professional growth. I could easily see how to impact the product and develop myself as an IT specialist. Additionally, I had numerous opportunities to experiment with new tools and technologies.

The team was both friendly and highly skilled. I never felt ignored when I had questions, and I always received the support I needed. As I mentioned above, communication with any team member was excellent.

The company’s dedication to its reputation and client satisfaction was evident in all its operations. This focus created a positive and productive work environment. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such an amazing team and to have learned so much during my time there.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience of communication with this company. On March 15, manager Elena wrote to me on LinkedIn and offered a vacancy for consideration, and if I am interested, she will schedule a call for an interview. I agreed, and she sent me a form to fill out, where I had to record a presentation video. I did everything and expected further steps. But the manager disappeared. On March 18, I asked if the offer was valid. The message was viewed and ignored. And on April 18, I received a message from the manager that he apologizes for the wait, because they stopped their choice on the candidate with whom they started communicating earlier. That is, the waiting time for the manager’s response is exactly one month.
Very disappointing.

I was lucky enough to be a part of this company once, and that’s no exaggeration.
Because you don’t expect to see such well-established processes in a young company. A complete lack of chaos and toxicity.

I would like to specially mention the CEO of the company because he is always transparent with the team, ready to advise in a difficult situation and always approaches the issue from the point of view of professionalism.

There are many interesting and long projects here, where tasks involve hours of brainstorming and generating approaches to task solutions.

Lumitech is a young company which is aiming for healthy and stable growth. Nice to know that the company pays attention to the development of both engineers and managers so that there is a balance of expertise on the projects. Plus the company introduces pleasant bonuses like English speaking clubs and mentoring programmes. I am happy to be part of the Lumitech team and develop cool software solutions.
