I came across a comment regarding Lucid Reality Labs that prompted me to share my own perspective on my two-year tenure at the company, which concluded just a week ago.

During my time at Lucid Reality Labs, I had the privilege of witnessing and benefiting from a company culture that prioritized professional and personal growth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my direct manager, Maryna, who served as the Human Resources Director during my tenure. Maryna played a pivotal role in my journey, offering invaluable mentorship and guidance when I faced challenges and uncertainties. Her dedication to nurturing my growth as a Recruiter is something I truly appreciate, and the value of her contributions cannot be overstated.

One of the aspects that I found particularly commendable about Lucid Reality Labs was the opportunities it provided for career advancement. During my time here, I transitioned from a Recruitment Manager to a Senior Recruitment Manager. I was entrusted with mentoring Researchers, actively contributing to strategic planning, and assisting in the streamlining of various processes.

Contrary to comment that have surfaced about frequent layoffs, my own experience at the company was marked by stability and a team that remained steadfast in their commitment to our shared goals. Although every company has room for improvement and growth, Lucid Reality Labs, as a top player in the market, is all set to move forward and adapt quickly to what the market wants.

In summary, I want to express that my time at Lucid Reality Labs was an overwhelmingly positive and enriching experience. I am proud to have been a part of this organization, and I am confident in its ability to continue fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
