We’re expanding our production team and looking for a Project Manager to help scale delivery, client communication, and operational excellence.

Job Details

• Position: Project Manager
• Location: Full Remote
• Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

You’ll fully own client-facing production management across multiple orders — ensuring clarity, speed, and predictable delivery:

• Lead client communication: production schedules, statuses, ETAs, risks, and next steps
• Monitor the “order” lifecycle end-to-end through our production pipeline (ideas/briefs → creators → edits/motion → delivery)
• Translate client feedback into clear internal tasks and ensure timely implementation
• Coordinate cross-functionally with creative marketers, UGC sourcers/talent managers, and motion designers
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, unblock delivery, and keep timelines realistic and updated
• Maintain clean tracking and documentation (statuses, links, feedback history, deliverables)
• Improve production routines: templates, handoff rules, feedback loops, and internal alignment mechanics
• Support capacity planning with the Production Lead

Required professional skills

• English proficiency at B2+ level
• Strong client-facing communication skills: structured updates, expectation management, confident feedback handling
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable running multiple parallel orders in a fast-paced setup
• Process mindset: you don’t just follow the flow — you continuously improve it
• We’re ready to review applicants with no working experience, however 1+ years of project management, account management or other client facing roles will be a plus
• Willingness to learn fast and grow within the role
