Creative Marketing Lead

We focus on producing performance-driven creatives and are now looking for an A-player to elevate our team. This role is designed for someone ready to make a significant impact and grow into our future Head of Production.

As a Creative Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving creative excellence, managing a high-performing production team, and building efficient, scalable processes. This is a hands-on position that blends leadership, creative ideation, and close client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Creative Production team, including Creative Marketing Managers, UGC Sourcing Specialists, and Motion Designers
  
  
• Build an environment that maximizes team efficiency, creativity, and continuous learning
  
  
• Analyze creative performance and share insights across the team
  
  
• Create high-quality briefs and contribute to concept ideation
  
  
• Maintain proactive client communication throughout all stages of production, ensuring smooth updates and timely feedback collection
  
  

Required professional skills

• English proficiency at B2+ level
  
  
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or team management role
  
  
• 2+ years of experience as a Creative Marketer with a proven track record in performance creatives
  
  
• Strong ability to generate impactful creative concepts with a strategic perspective
  
  
• High self-awareness, ownership, and proactiveness
  
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
  
• Willingness to learn fast and grow within the role
