We’re currently expanding our team and seeking a UGC Talent Sourcer to help drive our continued growth and client success.

We are considering motivated candidates without relevant experience, but with a B2+ level of English.

Your main tasks:

• Identify and select creators that best align with campaign briefs and brand objectives.
• Proactively explore new opportunities and channels to attract top creators for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with influencer marketplaces to constantly optimize workflows.
• Evaluate performance data to optimize creator selection for upcoming campaigns
• Research and manage platforms for UGC and AI content solutions.
