We’re currently expanding our team and seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to help drive our continued growth and client success.

Job Details

• Position: Creative Marketing Manager
• Location: Full Remote
• Hours: Full-time

Your impact:

At LSK Solutions, you’ll work on writing high-performing creative briefs tailored to diverse niches and client goals. You’ll also:

• You’ll stay on top of trends by analyzing competitors and rapidly adapting winning ideas
• Collaborate in creative brainstorms and pitch new concepts
• Work closely with project managers and clients to hit quality and quantity targets
• Provide clear, detailed briefs for our UGC creators to deliver on expectations as fast as possible
• Partner with our design team, setting tasks and guiding projects

About You:

• Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in the creative or performance marketing or design industry, but we welcome candidates with less experience too!
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English skills are essential.
• Familiarity with AI-generative tools like ChatGPT is a big plus.
• You excel at communication and collaboration, thrive in team settings, and can handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing your time effectively.
• You have a curious mind, especially when it comes to creative strategies and competitive research.
