We’re currently expanding our team and seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive our continued growth and client success.
Your main tasks:
- Sourcing: Potential clients search across various niches and geographies focusing on consumer-tech digital products, e-commerce, fintech etc.
- Outreach: Lead end-to-end partnership processes, from initial outreach and business case development to contract negotiations and signature
- Own and cultivate partnerships that you will manage independently, ensuring long-term success through proactive relationship management and performance monitoring.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align proposals with client goals.
What is important for us:
- Commercial experience of 1-2 years as a Sales manager, BDR, Account manager
- English C1+
- Self-awareness and proactiveness
- Excellent communication skills, both written and in-personal
- Willignes to learn quickly
- Self-Mastery and ownership
